Howdy y'all! Yep i've completed C25K: it works.
Having stopped playing sports years ago, was feeling like i should get moving.. W1 R1 looked pretty easy really but was shocked at how difficult it actually was - and it highlighted my fitness level right there.
I had a few breaks along the way due to illness but have happily kept going and been surprised at the invigorating lift after each run.. finally completed,and on with consolidation runs aiming for a Parkrun in a few weeks.
Not posted before but read and encouraged by the forum support so big thanks to the whole community. Inspiring and practical. Peace.
