OMG I have completed C25K, elated and proud doesn't come to close how I feel (never said that about myself before π). Yep I can run for 30 mins, 5k well give it a few weeks and that will be achieved. Shout out to my hubby kicking my butt when I said I couldn't and to Laura for being there every step of the way
Looking at a park run next month.
Thanks all for the posts you are all amazing, if I can you can πππ

Well done you it's a big old achievement π I told myself last year as I turned 50, as per your profile name I would be fit at fifty..... Yep I've never been a slouch but never really ran, other sports yep but running, that was something they did at the Olympics π.
Consolidated my passing c25k with a few 5klm runs and have done two park runs.. still getting used to the numbers that turn up at my local one but the buzz if the crowd is immense. Sign up today and print your barcodes then just find your run
Bar codes printed, there are three close to where I live. I'm going to have a look at each of them to see which is the least hilly π !! I am looking forward to having a go π xx
Ahhhhhh that's wise my local run has a hill, firstly it's down it then after a run through the woods it's the same hill in reverse π₯΄ and then it levels out to the finish... Hills should be illegal π
Congratulations fitatfifty50, celebrate in style like the youngster you are. No graduation photo? It was mandatory when I graduated 18 months ago. Maybe you should start the trend again. ππ»ππ»
