Really happy with that! Got to 17mins before I walked for 1min then ran again, am sure it’s in me head not my legs the problem! But feel that if I did it again I could do all of it!

Can feel my legs. NOw though 😂😳

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, but before you go on to week 6 run 1 could you try and run it again, perhaps a little slower without a minute walk, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to. 😊 🏃🏾

That’s great, well done! You might want to consider doing the run again though as you should really complete each run fully before you move on to the next one. Do some stretching to ease your legs, and it helps to do them on non run days too 👍😁

Well done.

Every run is training for the next one.

Make sure you fully complete it before moving on.

If it is tough, just slow down.

Soooo close to getting there, great effort.

You can put this one down as a great practice run, and smash the full 20 next time. That will stand you in great stead for what’s ahead.

Anyway take it slow and steady and let us all know how you get on.

Well done and a minute walking is fine, you will smash it next time just keep it slow
