W5 R3
Done β πͺ
My breathing seems to be fine itβs the back of my legs that would want me to give up.
I wonder if I should change my route.
When my run starts itβs up hill.
I actually did the same hill 1 1/2 times in the 20 mins.

Well done on running the same hill 1 1/2 times, if you wish to try another flatter route for the remaining runs of C25K you may do so,
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
In what way?
Do people tend to go faster as itβs shorter distance then canβt sustain?
They are so pleased and proud of run 3 of week 5 that some of them do run too fast, after the excitement of that run they think run 1 of week 6 is easy, it's not, the muscles in the legs don't like going back to running and walking, but if you take the first two runs of week 6 slowly then you will be π. π ππΎ
Thank you for the tip.
Iβm thinking of whether to start in opposite direction so Iβm not hitting the hill first - wonder if that would be better for back of legs!
Yes, try it that way and see how it goes.
In my head I just thought I would hit the hard bit first.

Last question - due to work, kids and husbands shifts I probably wonβt be able to run again until Thursday.
Does that make a huge difference?
