Wow I canβt belive I did it the run I was dreading 20 mins from 8 mins π I feel so good & happy that I completed it, I need to thank my hubby Dave for coming with me and encouraging me all way, bring on week 6 I got this πͺπββοΈ

I also dreaded W5R3 I could only sleep for 3 hours the night before but once I was running it I felt very happy and finished it with no problems at all, it is not nearly as bad as people make out, look out for R1of week 6, that can catch people out as well, however, I managed that OK.
