Well done for completing W4, yes it's interesting how our bodies evolve during this adventure isn't it? I hope W5 R1 goes well for you on Saturday, I expect I'll be out at the same time hopefully completing W4, and if so I will be just 1 run behind you.

Runner's high - I thought it was a made up thing! π But I've felt it for real π
Running early in the morning is my favourite time - I started then as it was semi dark & no people about, now I don't go quite as early, and I'm not worried about people βΊ

Completely agree about having a high after a run.
I play other sports, mainly tennis, but donβt get the same high as I do from a run.
