I have been struggling with w4 and just could'nt manage all of the last 5 minutes. I kept reading about slowing down, but to be honest, I didn't think it was possible to go any slower. It was. Today I made a massive effort to go even slower and this morning I did it. So happy. Can't wait for W5 and thats something I never thought I'd hear myself say. Thanks for all the great advice.

Well done.

Slowing down makes it more achievable and also more enjoyable.

Speed will build with fitness.

Have you seen the videos on YouTube about Japanese Slow Running? They really change your perception of what running can look like, for a 🐌 runner like me they were a godsend! Good luck with Week 5 trust in the programme and you'll be fine 😊
