It's my first time posting but still feeling amazed with my progress after completing W9R1's 30 minute run today! I couldn't have achieved that 9 weeks ago and feel proud of myself for sticking with it.
I decided after several health worries last year that I needed to make some changes and start looking after myself better. It's now 9 weeks later and I've lost 2 stone through healthy eating and have become a runner!
I'll be attempting my first parkrun on Saturday for W9R3. Happy days!
