Yeii, just finished my first run of week 9 sooo happy, it was much more easy then I was expected to be, I think the weather helped a lot :) . Lost 2 stones in 8 weeks that's a really bust of confidence

Wow, well done, that's a significant weight loss as well.

Thanks rosebery :) I've changed my lifestyle with this program, it made me think twice before I eat something, specially in the days I'm running

Wow. Well done you on two accounts! Those are both great achievements and you should be very proud. Only two runs to go and then you can graduate! Brilliant.

Camperfan, thanks!!

If I've done it then anybody can do it, when I started I was literally a couch potato :D but then I read a few reviews and I said to myself that I can at least give it a try and from a person hating the run I started looking forward for my next run :) I just said to myself "If it's hard is working!" and then look at my today finished the second run of week 9, yeii me :)

Just set your mind for a hard work and DO IT !!

Best of luck !!!!

2 stone in 8 weeks... wow! Well done... and two more runs to graduation... quite a few months you've had there... WELL DONE!

Thank you!! Well is not only the running but this is the thing that I'm proud the most... From a person who hated running now when I see a park with the grass freshly cut it I just think how great it will be to go for a run there, as I love to run on the grass :)
