Approached this new week with some trepidation...wasn’t at all sure I could manage 3 x 5 minute run, as just one 5 minute run seemed daunting last week.... but actually managed it and, dare I say, went into the final 5 minutes feeling really positive. This is obviously such a good way of building up fitness... now feeling that maybe I can actually do this ! Yay!
