Went out this morning with my partner hes training for a marathon so I felt the pressure!. I've been doing this training plan on my own, never had company on a run before it was strange. Weve agreed that he will come out again with me once I hit the 20 min mark. Today was hard but achieved it, giving myself 2 days off before I move on to week 6.

Well done, it’s strange running with a partner, we start together then spread apart during our run, sometimes i speed up to catch Willow up and sometimes he spends up to catch me up, i have been known to turn and go back to him when he’s beat me to the cool down walk, but our pace is different now so we don’t stick side by side
