Oh yes I have done it with the help of a friend running at the same stage. Yes it was a worry that having completed all the previous that we would fail on this one but no we did it. So all you out there worrying about this one go for it take it slow, drink like ads of water before have had 3 pints since I got back. Lol all done now Week 6!here we come.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 but be careful about runs 1 and 2 of week 6 which have runs and walking intervals, take them slow and steady. 😊
