It's a wet Sunday morning... light drizzle not much wind... off I went .. I must be mad... gone are the lie ins on a sunday lol.... today was a 25 min run session... legs felt a bit tight and stiff... but i stretched well.. and off i went... not gonna lie i paused a couple of times to stretch out the legs.. paused app so i did not miss on minutes running and only walked in a circle so not to loose distance. It helped as legs felt stronger and i was able to target point and increase pace at a couple of intervals...I also increased my distance as I started to really enjoy the moment...also did as suggested for last minute and went for it... if felt good.. i was able to kick past the heavy leg feeling and did 60 secs at a good sprint... well for me anyway... here's to the next one... happy running all....

Well done. Great time too!

If you need to stop to stretch though, it could be that you're pushing yourself too hard.

Try to slow down for the next couple of runs. Potentially by quite a lot. Then pick up the pace again once you've built up those leg muscles a bit more.

You're doing really great though, keep up the good work!
