Wk7r3 done - hardest one yet

Gosh that was hard and I did for the first time ever in all these weeks paused a couple of times for about 3 secs! Legs sore after about 5 mins 😫 Not bothered thou as still pb. Mins per mile nearly down by 2 mins since started tracking runs couple weeks ago, so I’m happy. Rest now till Sunday 🍷🍹 happy running everyone

Well there's something I never thought I would hear anyone say! 😂 Was umming and ahhing about going tonight but was in such a bad mood (pesky kids!) thought i should rather leave it till tomorrow x

Well done - I found W7 really hard & W8 slightly easier. Start W9 on Sun!

W7 was my nemesis, but this morning I did W8R1, and for the first time ever, I actually had a good run and enjoyed it. Good luck for your next run 👍

I found w8r1 tough, r2 was a bit better, so really hoping r3 tomorrow will be even better! Who knows I might enjoy it like you. Fingers crossed 🙂

Happy running to you Claireednet, I am sure you are enjoying your running, just had a look at that chart, interesting the number of calories you did, that seems quite low for a 25 minute run, I did the exact same run last week in about the same time, according to my app, I 'burned' 233 calories, strange those apps, I am not sure how correct they are, anyway, good luck in your runs, not long before we both graduate.

Well done, doing Week 7 Run 3 tomorrow morning. Hoping to go when it's still cool and I run better in the morning. I am finding this week easier than Week 6
