My sleep definitely wasn’t great last night, I’ve been awake since 1:30am.
Went out just before 5am, final run of this week and it definitely felt easier compared to the other two. Around half way round I felt like I’d been running for ages, definitely longer than a minute. Not sure what happened, I think the app may have paused for a little so I maybe did like 3 minutes of running instead?
I also had a really good playlist on Spotify, so far I’ve just been listening to one artist - today I went with a running one and it was great.
The minutes of running seemed to go really quickly and the 90 seconds of walking seemed to take forever!
Glad that week 1 is over - hopefully week two will feel around the same!

Ha definitely wasn’t my choice to wake up at 1:30 but I would’ve woken up at 5 to get this run done anyways. So far I’ve done a lot of running along a dual carriageway with a speed limit of 50 mph so cars are going way too fast to notice me ahah!
Ha my first run I did at 10am on a Sunday morning, so I ran past a couple of dog walkers and a few other runners and walkers, and that was okay. I’ll get there though 💪🏻
Thank you! I have no idea on my speed either but this felt good! There are slower/faster ones too and it was so easy to do. I was surprised by how many songs I actually knew on it too
This weather really doesn't help sleep. Respect for getting up so early and completing the week. Fantastic! Love the spotify playlists sorted to bpm. So motivating.
