Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

thank you! how does it catch people out?

Because the muscles in your legs were used to the non stop 20 minutes run of week 5, they don't like the run/walk intervals, however, just take the first two runs of week 6 especially slow and steady and you will be 🆗 🏃🏾😊

me too, can only speculate though!

I found this interview with the creator of the plan. I don’t think there’s much science, more psychology. But that works too!! bigmedium.com/ideas/c25k.html

Well done! I’m doing it on Sunday!

Well done! It took me two attempts to do the full 20 minutes but I got there in the end too. Keep at it and let us know what week 6 entails

everybody goes at their own pace, I think my music definitely kept me going!

week 6 started today, was fine except the shit splints - I hope they’re shin splints anyway, dr google has given me the fear that I have stress fractures 😂🙏🏼
