So after a hectic day yesterday, late to bed & a rubbish sleep worrying about my dads surgery today I was not feeling my best going out on my run this morning & wondered if I’d actually manage it (no failures up to now but never say never). During my first 8minute run my alarm went off & I just switched it off & carried on. After a while I was thinking Sarah’s a bit quiet & id well passed the point I thought I would have got to, check my Fitbit & realise I’d actually run 12minutes.....turns out my alarm had paused the App 4minutes into the run 🙈🤣 feeling better for w5r3 though as I genuinely got into the zone & was feeling ok

Excellent job. Back then I was checking the time pretty much constantly. “Am I there yet? Am I there yet?” 🤣

Me too, without the alarm bit! I found the 2 x 8 minutes very enjoyable. I’m all ready for the 20 minuter on Friday, but I’m going to go without my dog as she likes to sniff in the bushes and I don’t want to get distracted. Will go for a nice relaxing post-run walk with her instead.
Good luck with yours, and hope you’ll let us know how you get on! 😀👍🏻🏃♀️
