Was a little slower again, and harder in the middle 8 minutes, but felt like I could run on at the end. (Which I did not, because Laura didn't tell me to!) Really looking forward to W6R3 when the walking intervals are done and it's just warm up - run - warm down. It was a lot warmer this morning, at +10, rather than -2 last week... and I found my many layers hot...very hot. I am still running laps around my street, and only laps around my street. Since the latest heart attack, I am nervous about striking out too far from home.....

Wherever you run, you’re still running. Assuming your Dr gave you the thumbs up to do the programme, great achievement.
