Walked to the park and started running from there. I ran the same route as before alongside the canal before finishing with a couple of laps around the park.
Including the warm up walk, but not the walk at the end, I covered 5.7k, the same as my last run.
I now head into the final three runs. I hope to run at least two of them while I am away next week in Scotland.
Happy runnings

I know Dumfries and Galloway quite well now, my son lives in Moffat. Until he moved there for work, it was only somewhere I'd have driven through on the way to the highlands. My loss. The Moffat hills are wonderful for walking and the Solway coast was a revelation. We've spent time in the Galloway forest and holidayed in Port Patrick. Lovely scenery and nobody there!
Good luck with the running, don't get blown away. Looking forward to the graduation post.
I am trying really hard to ignore distance and pace, though it's quite difficult. Focusing on completing each run and listening to my body when it comes to speed and distance.
