I am so happy to have just run for 28 minutes with no incidence! It was dark and a bit scary so I tried a few
Laps of the streets with street lighting and left the headphones at hone. Bit strange listening to nothing but my feet and my breath, but I was honestly amazed at the ease I felt both in the lungs and legs after around 10 minutes. I def had more in the tank too and CANNOT wait! To graduate x will have to do an extra week 8 run to compensate for yesterday when I fell, but I feel my graduation is def in the bag! Bring it on!!!!!!!
I know I could have done it today but after the sprain yest I don’t want to really hurt myself and be on the bench that would really annoy me so I’m repeating run one and doing run 3 and then on to the big week 9!!! I cannot get over the fact that I can run for 28 mins continuously x it’s amazing, I was trying to remember how hard it was in the first few weeks but it seems my mind is ok with just enjoying the present and not dwelling too much on the beginning haha x so happy right now!!!
Stupid bloody holes, banned they should be haha x tarmac all the way from now on until I’m fully healed and more confident I won’t twist my ankle and face plant again haha
Oh they hurt love, not comfy all the way along by a long chalk, but I LOVE it afterwards and before so I tend to forget the first ten mins where everything is awkward and my legs are not happy, then I get that rhythm thing Going and I’m over the moon then x happy hormones no doubt!
