Well last night I finally completed the last one of the couch to 5k . Nearly didn’t go out because of the gusty winds that suddenly arrived when I was getting ready . Ran for 30mins but didn’t quite manage 5k, just managed 4.6k according to Stava but hey I’m very happy managing to run for 30mins , something I never thought I’d complete when I was running 60seconds in one go at the start of this brilliant programme. What next?
