Well, I’ve done it. I really enjoyed this final run and even sped up for the last 3 minutes 🥵

I just want to say a huge thank you for all the fabulous support on here. I couldn’t have done it without you, the lovely words of encouragement and just feeling that I owed it to you all to keep going.

I’ve graduated a few times over the years in terms of study but I think this might be the sweetest of them all ☺️

Thank you. It feels good. I’ve tried an outdoor run but slightly scuppered at the moment as I’m away from home for work frequently so can’t establish a routine (I don’t want to run in the dark in strange places). It will settle down soon so will be trying to consolidate and build on my stamina 😊

I had a couple of wobbles since Christmas, but seem to be setting into a good rhythm now.
