W9R3 after work tonight I must be honest I felt tired but I did it! So pleased with myself particularly as this time last year I couldnβt walk without supports and needed Neurosurgery weeks later. Just look at me now canβt believe Iβve done it so onwards and upwards for me from now on π
Thanks to all you lovely individuals out there who have boosted my spirits following difficult runs and cheers me on after positive ones itβs just what I needed - thank you! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Its definitely possible make sure you have rest days as advised and remember itβs not about speed you should run at a pace thatβs manageable for you πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ Enjoy the program I have ππ
Second time around after surgery is much harder. I had heart surgery yet for months when I lifted my ankle I was in serious pain. I know the docs said it was unusual too. Luckily that went away but took me a long time until I was allowed to run and longer than the expected 6 months. Congratulations
My Pleasure. I remember you saying you were struggling around week 7 but by that point I knew you would get there. My next run is week 6 Run 3 so no walk breaks from this point.
