Well Iβve only gone and done it! 9 weeks of hard work but all worth it.
It all started so badly
1- I was late leaving work
2- then had to take son to footy, to then find out it was cancelled due to the weather
3- finally get to run at 5-15pm instead of 4.15
4- gps fails me yet again on running app
5- then my music decides to turn off, which actually wasnβt as bad as I thought it would be
6- played dancing running trying to avoid the huge puddles
BUT... I completed 5k (know from previous runs) in 30 minutes and feeling amazing!
Posted the famous graduation pic just to prove Iβm an all weather runner πββοΈ (Although I took it when I got back in so doesnβt really prove anything π)

Very very well done Run, I'm glad I set off at 4.30 then! And you've done it in 30 minutes, absolutely marvellous stuff. Thankyou for your help and encouragement over the last few weeks it really was a great help Now to decide what to do next! Have a lovely evening and treat yourself to a well earned celebratory drink or 6. Oh by the way I nearly forgot 29.43 5k for me π.
Sounds like a nightmare!! At least you got it done in the end. Well done you!! 5k in 30mins is a good pace. What are your plans going forward? Are you going to keep at the 5k runs or go for the 10k?
Well done and congratulations, great that for the final graduation run you did it in 30 minutes. I was out a run yesterday and just shortly after I finished my run, heavy rain and wind began, the music I was listening to which was a radio station started to distort despite the fact that a Mobile Phone mast was within metres of where I was. You now are a graduate and will see that word next to your name if you tell the administrators for September graduates that you have completed W9R3.
Congratulations! - and lovely picture : ) I've only a couple of runs to go now - it's a great feeling even if things aren't 'perfect' every time (eg I got LOST this morning trying to take a new route and had to almost grind to a halt to check Google maps...!)
Anyway, good for you, and enjoy your well-deserved sense of pride : )
