Wow, canβt believe Iβve done it! After a seven week stint on the IC at the end of September I picked myself up and cracked on, and today managed 5K!! This program is absolutely amazing and has got me well and truly hooked πββοΈπ.
Canβt wait to start my consolidation runs and see whatβs next.
For anyone on this journey, just keep at it, youβll be amazed what you can achieve!!
Now off to celebrate with a glass of wine π·

Fantastic news and enjoy your celebrations, great for us at the beginning of our journey to hear from those who have achieved this great milestone
Fantastic, well done for your perseverance!
I'm newly off the injury couch after a slightly longer spell, having completed W9R1 and unfortunately no further. I finished week 1 today so I'm 1/9 of the way there and feeling happy.
Congratulations to you Potato1210 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating π, well done π ππΎ π
To get your graduation π badge and the word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the January graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated π ππΎ
There have been a lot of graduates on C25K with the word π₯ potato at the start of their username, I suppose the term couch potato is the reason.
Thanks for all your lovely comments! I donβt normally post, am just hovering in the background soaking up the advice and encouragement . The glass (or two ) of wine has gone down a treat. Onwards and upwards!! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
