Struggled! Wk4r3

Sometimes a run is just harder than others. Make sure you drink plenty even on rest days.

You'll be fine. We all have bad runs for absolutely no apparent reason.
Just take the next week slow and steady and you'll be fine. If you need a confidence boost, just start off slower than normal and see how much easier that makes the run.
Let us know how you get on

Everyone has hard runs, maybe give it an e tea rest day and run very very slow at the beginning so you can run to the end

Well done.
If you struggle, just slow down. It is up to you how much you struggle.......

Think about your preparation. Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

We all have tough runs but finishing them helps build resilience. Move on with confidence that you can do it and the plan works, slow down a bit and think of us all cheering you on. Happy running

Some runs are just like that. I’ve found that after a run like that the next one is usually great, probably due to expectation being low. I’m sure you’ll be fine, just take it slowly 👍😁

So I gave myself an extra rest day because it's the start of a new plan. I've just done week 5 run 1 and completed it. Granted the first 5 minutes was hard, just with getting my legs moving and breathing but I ran when I had to. It felt good the last run I had some more in me so carried on for another minute. It felt good knowing I had more to give.! For me it's the initial 5 mins or so just managing the breathing then it just seems to happen no struggle with breathing legs are not like weights and I'm moving.
I decided to treat myself so I have my very own running top and bottoms now. ! Go me! I think I've got the running bug!😁
Probably just a bit tired? Week 5 is fine if you’re following the program, which you are. Go for it 👍
