Today was a hard one, had just finished the morning shift at work and the weather looked great for my next run. After the 2nd 90 seconds run I started to feel nauseous 😟 with sheer will-power I managed the rest of the run but now feel exhausted and shaking just happy I still completed it! hopefully run 3 will be all better!

Keep going. Not all runs are enjoyable and some make me feel awful also. You are only in week 2 so make sure you’re hydrated and maybe slow down that worked for me. Good luck and keep going.

Wise words from, Pegasus...slow and steady is the way forward.
I would imagine that running after work you are going to be tired, if possible maybe go for your run a little later in the day after getting a little rest.

Yes don't worry I am sure you'll be ok again next run. Hope you'd had water and food before running, and not going on empty?
Keep at it, you'll be great

Well done for your determination. I also struggled today in the same run because of an achy hip but glad I persevered and hip feels much better now for the run

You do get the occasional run which feels bad: if you can identify the causes, you know what to do or not do in the future, so it’s all gain. As Nelson Mandela said, “I never lose. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I learn.” 😀

Well done... getting out after work isn’t an easy thing to do for us as beginners. Maybe you went a little too fast, nausea is usually a sign of that, or maybe you were just tired after working. You completed the run, that’s what counts and your next one will probably be much smoother. Enjoy run 3
