Hurrah week 1 done šŸ˜ now am a bit scared about week 2 as havenā€™t been finding running that easy and tops of my legs really ache. šŸ¤ž I can get positive for week 2.

Exactly the same as me. Am a little apprehensive about week 2 but am determined to stay motivated. So roll on Mondayā€™s week 2 run.

Well done.

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which includes advice about pacing, minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration all of which will help.

You may also find this post about mental approach helpful too healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Great news well done. Donā€™t worry about week 2, Iā€™ve just completed my second run of week two and managed after just over a week off with health and family worries, and not sure how but I did it. You will too, just take your time and do what you can. I didnā€™t manage it the first time a ran it but you will get there

Good to hear :). Iā€™m hard on myself about it, and the support from people on here is amazing. Couldnā€™t do it without

Week done on completing the week.

Take a couple of rest days now, make sure you're well hydrated and then set out on week 2 just a little slower than you have done on week 1.

I'm sure you'll do just fine!
