Exactly the same as me. Am a little apprehensive about week 2 but am determined to stay motivated. So roll on Mondayās week 2 run.

Great news well done. Donāt worry about week 2, Iāve just completed my second run of week two and managed after just over a week off with health and family worries, and not sure how but I did it. You will too, just take your time and do what you can. I didnāt manage it the first time a ran it but you will get there
Week done on completing the week.
Take a couple of rest days now, make sure you're well hydrated and then set out on week 2 just a little slower than you have done on week 1.
