Hurrah week 1 done 😁 now am a bit scared about week 2 as haven’t been finding running that easy and tops of my legs really ache. 🤞 I can get positive for week 2.

Exactly the same as me. Am a little apprehensive about week 2 but am determined to stay motivated. So roll on Monday’s week 2 run.

Well done.
Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which includes advice about pacing, minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration all of which will help.

You can do this.
Great news well done. Don’t worry about week 2, I’ve just completed my second run of week two and managed after just over a week off with health and family worries, and not sure how but I did it. You will too, just take your time and do what you can. I didn’t manage it the first time a ran it but you will get there

Week done on completing the week.
Take a couple of rest days now, make sure you're well hydrated and then set out on week 2 just a little slower than you have done on week 1.
I'm sure you'll do just fine!
Thanks will do.

Just completed w1r3 today also. Hurrah us. I’m repeating w1 as I didn’t complete r1&2 and am already slow. What I get from the forum is to keep going no matter where you are. We’re here for you.
