Well that one seriously hurt tonight but felt good once I’d finished apart from my right shin hurting which I haven’t had in the previous 2 runs, onto week 2 on Thursday 😀

They really do get easier, week 3 was a break through for me.

I am in the middle of Week 8, during Week 1 I felt like collapsing after 60 seconds, the programme really works 😁

Nice one, your doing really well, all the best for the rest of the programme. I think once my body gets used to doing some exercise it’ll get easier 🙏

Thanks, find it hard to get motivated to go running after work, once I’m going though it’s enjoyable 😀

I have learned that the nights I feel least like running are the ones I need it most. Last night ran off the stress and low mood from a difficult day and felt so much better for it, even though I also felt tired. Of course it does depend on what your work is but mine is desk work and meetings so not physically hard.

Mark, use your run after work to de stress yourself. Take it slow and steady and you will be fine. Good luck.
