Well got out to night with my agility trainer for our regular Friday night run. More miles on the legs for both of us and for my trainer running longer, further and a little quicker whilst slower than my usual run out the exercise and company is good. No Parkrun for me tomorrow as judging an agility competition all day tomorrow as an emergency standing judge. Courses all designed expecting a long day tomorrow. Good luck to all of you running on Saturday.

Thanks Buddy34 it’s good to mix up the runs not always under pressure to get personal bests. It’s good to give encouragement to others. The judging is the first of the year have another five appointments through the year.

You're right. Sometimes we get so caught up in trying to get faster we forget to enjoy it. 😊

Although did judge same competition in November, had a long day didn’t get home until 6.30ish then went for a run. Regular running makes you do strange things. 😂

Yes it does and if you stood around a lot your legs would be itching to run even though tired, i’m itching to run and thinking of a bit of running on our walk tomorrow
