I thought I should write finally got out and did a 3.3 miles with my agility trainer, her first run in three weeks and my first run in eleven days. I had not run since Monday of last week before the daughters wedding. I didn’t run any closer to her big day as could not afford to have any thing happen being the father of the bride and grandad of the moment. Wedding went well loads of alcohol drunk and then no runs done as had no inclination to run in the pissing rain. The only days dry I was already training on the Wednesday and was still well under the influence and wanted to just sit there on the Monday. Friday came and finally got out there with my trainer just a few more miles on mine and her legs. First runs for both of us just gets so dark on narrow footways near major roads but it was done trying to make arrangements for another next week.

Never a failure you got out there, I arrange runs Friday so never running two days on trot prefer bed on Saturday so you got out and nearer to a park run more than I ever have done. Go and run a 5k later
