wanted to post on here to avoid social media validation…just completed my first ever 20 minute run in my life!! week 5 run 3 - taken me about a year on/off running and many repeated runs but so proud of myself for keeping at it. first time i’ve ever exercised (semi) consistently and feeling really motivated in other parts of my life now. :)) never thought i’d complete a 20 mins run with no breaks let alone enjoy it but here i am! 🐬🐬🐬

You deserve to be very proud of yourself geminifrog1999, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 of C25K, that is a milestone run, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, running non stop for 20 minutes is something that not everyone can do, once again a big congratulations ✔️✔️✔️👍👍👍
