So on week 5 Run 3 there is quite a hike up from the previous 5 and 8 min runs to 20 minutes.
However apart from the 5 mins walk either side of it that's it. The 20 min sandwich was OK. I was fine, became a little tired around 18 and was glad to walk after this. Plenty of countdowns from Laura on how long I'd been running and all was good to complete week 5.
I was accompanied by sounds from Stereophonic, Ramones, Coldplay, Hendrix, Enya, Dido, Jonathan Richman and the Who.
