So on week 5 Run 3 there is quite a hike up from the previous 5 and 8 min runs to 20 minutes.
However apart from the 5 mins walk either side of it that's it. The 20 min sandwich was OK. I was fine, became a little tired around 18 and was glad to walk after this. Plenty of countdowns from Laura on how long I'd been running and all was good to complete week 5.
I was accompanied by sounds from Stereophonic, Ramones, Coldplay, Hendrix, Enya, Dido, Jonathan Richman and the Who.

Brilliant- that's a great milestone run. W6 looks easy, but can catch you out of you take it for granted. After that, no more intervals just lovely relaxed runs where you can really find your stride. Enjoy!
