Done it!

I can't believe I am writing this but today I completed week 9 run 3! I'd been putting it off but thanks to my husbands encouragement and the support from this forum I went out determined to finish. I ended up running for 35 minutes in the end as I am so slow I'd never run 4K in the time before, and I decided that if I was going to graduate I could at least do C24k! I'm hoping to make 5k one day but right now I'm feeling pretty happy with what I've achieved! X

  • Congratulations! Very well done, Von99 . I'm really slow too but my stamina is building up well and I am hopeful that I will be able to run 5k at some point. I managed about 4 on my last run. We'll get there, I'm sure. Better slow and steady than ending up straining and injuring ourselves!
