BEEN THERE, DONE IT - CAN I HAVE THE HAT🎓 ?

After 3 days of driving I finally made it to France - arrived yesterday to rumbling thunder. I was due to run but as it was my GRAND FINALE I decided to get a good night’s sleep and enjoy it. As usual nothing is straight forward with me. My phone was on 67% so I decided no music - just Jo, me and Strava which I set when Jo told me to run. I was determined to see how far I ran in 30 minutes so Strava was only switched on during my run. It was cool this morning which I thought would be good but I under estimated the French weather - I soon warmed up and the sun came out. I started the run like a greyhound out of the trap, telling myself to slow down but my pace just kept going at that rate. I didn’t turn at the halfway bell purely because I wanted to stop and take the photo which would remind me of my graduation (I hope you like it) Time 29.48 - Pace 6.03 Distance 4.9 km 😩 Felt a bit disappointed- if I hadn’t stopped to take the photos I might have achieved a double whammy. Hey ho! I might take my next run with one of the other celebs and see if I can crack it. Delighted I’ve done what I set out to do-the C25K programme from start to finish. It’s done a lot for my fitness and my mental health. Thanks to everyone for their input. Keep on doing what you’re doing. I’m looking forward to still being a part of this whole community!

Well done you. Beautiful setting. I’m envious looking at your photo & it’s raining here. However I do not grudge you being in beautiful France or achieving your goal. Well done & have a cheeky red on me.🤗
