It’s official , my body hates running in the morning. I hated every inch of this run but I did not give up. What keeps me going is that I have been here before and I know that you get days like this but they’re hugely outnumbered by positive experiences. Building strength and cardiovascular fitness takes time and should not be rushed. I have no idea why I can run at night with much more ease, it was ever thus! Shame
I have to catch a flight later or I would have run my usual 7pm . Good luck peeps
