Not posted before, just been lurking in the shadows reading everyone else's posts and comparing myself.... Never thought in a million years I would get this far but I have enjoyed it dare I say lol. I decided to do this for me and didn't tell anyone when I started and have still only told around 4 people (all runners themselves).
Run one for week 5 is due tomorrow, I hadn't looked as far as run 3 until I saw a post on here and wow am I nervous now. I will give it my best shot as so far I have surprised myself with the others so who knows.
Any advice on what I should be eating and when? I do need to lose weight but am finding that I am struggling with what to eat and what is best. I do drink plenty of water all day long so hydration is not an issue. I tend to run midweek Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 7 and 8 pm and then again Saturday or Sunday but in the morning.
I love reading everyone's posts by the way, so interesting and so many different reasons for doing this. Well done everyone
