Week 1 done!

Hi all. I’m new to couch to 5k. I just completed my first week on the programme. I feel good for getting myself out there and achieving any small milestone when it comes to running. Looking forward to the coming weeks and increasing my stamina and run time. Can anyone recommend any good running apps for recording distance in the background??

Thanks

Congratulations on starting C25K with week 1, I hope you enjoyed all your runs, there are several apps that tell you about your distance, pace, time etc, most popular are Strava, Mapmyrun, Run keeper and Runtastic, Strava and Mapmyrun are the most popular, I have Mapmyrun, you could also have Mapmywalk for walking or Mapmyride for cycling, I have all the Map ones.
