Week one run and done

Well to my amazement and happiness I have completed week 1 all three runs. Even though my speed is that of a slug, I’ve done it. The tip about slow running and the Japanese art of slow jogging I have taken to heart.

I’m overweight and 66 so not a pretty sight first thing in the morning, but on the two occasions I saw someone they just nodded. So embarrassment is now on the back burner, well until I have to get the body out on the beach!

Good luck to every one on week 2 next week, and thanks to all who have encouraged me this week. As Spencer Davies would say Keep on Running!
