Who'd have ever thought I could do two eight minute runs without wanting to die? I certainly never would have! I'm quite looking forward to R3 on Thursday, just to see if I can do it :)

😂 Well done you! I feel similarly shocked each time I complete each new challenge moving through the weeks. Yesterday I did the first run of Week 8 which is 28 minutes and I want to shout it from the rooftops!!! 😂

Thank you :) I can't believe how much I'm enjoying the programme this time, after hating it so much the last time I tried. I'm having a blast!

That's brilliant! What is different this time, do you think?

I think it was that I was fitter before I started this time. I had spent a few months doing brisk walking every day, with a few long hikes thrown in when I had a chance on the occasional weekend, before I started the programme this time. I found myself on some of the walks wanting to jog a bit, which I tried, and it felt okay, so I decided to restart the programme. It's like night and day, the difference.

Well done you!! I'm doing Week 5 Run 2 tonight too. Totally agree with what you say about enjoying it more. This is my 2nd attempt at C25K and I'm finding it miles better than the first time round
