It’s just a cold she said on Monday

Then short of breath and getting worse, lemsip with ibuprofen in between and beginning to worry a bit on Tuesday.... lots of people have colds, Tuesday night wasn’t much fun, a few bits of arguing that doctors don’t want to see me for a cold or flu

Wednesday morning feeling pretty awful and increasingly short of breath so gave in and let Willow take me to the doctor, she called an ambulance crikey i can go in the car i said she said no, and here i am on Thursday, in a side ward and no one comes in without a mask and gloves, on oxygen i’ve had x rays and nebulisers and i v antibiotics

So all you runners out there if you start to get breathless when not running see your doctor, if i’d gone on monday i might not have had to be here and believe me i don’t want to be

Thank goodness you are safe and being taken care of. Thank you for the warning and well done.

Huge well done to Willow...for getting you to the professionals... I have the same trouble with my husband! Nearly lost him in an a similar way a few years ago!

Just relax... slow and steady :) and do exactly as you are told... feel better soon xx

PS

The runs will wait:) x

So sorry to hear this. You sound as stubborn as me. 'I'll be fine in a couple of days, I just need some nightnurse'...

Hopefully for a swift recovery for you.
