Hi, have any of you been using this podcast as a follow-on from C25K? I just tried it this morning for the first time, first impressions quite good. I’d love to know what your experiences have been if you’ve used it?

C25K+ speed follow on podcast - feedback?
After finishing C25K 5 years ago and after a period of consolidation , I used this podcast as a basis to improve my 5k times. I still use its structure but altered the speed of the efforts - in fact it's a pyramid session now, but of 1 minute efforts. I do other interval sessions, but this is one of my favourites - it's quite intense, a proper HIIT sesh. And as such, very time-efficient - you get a lot of bang for you buck
I love this podcast. I find getting your steps in time with the beat is a brilliant way to pick up speed and stamina. I wish there were more podcasts with this structure but with various BPM options.
I'll have to download it. After I graduated I was so pleased at being independent, I didn't want to be told what to do anymore. I've been consolidating for a couple of months now and feel ready for something new.
Check it out. It’s got a different feel to it yet has that structure that makes it easy to just do it. I trust it will work as C25K does. Laura again 😁 !

Hi, I started using this podcast just before Christmas and do it once a week. It's brutal but I feel great afterwards. Interestingly last week the session was noticeably comfy... although not actually comfy! So must be doing some good!
