Got up a bit later than I normally do & planned on running to work . I thought I'll not bother , but then I thought use the speed podcast Julia , do not make excuses ! (I like to shower , have a cuppa wi workmates before I start ) not the shower , just the cuppa ! So I did , & it's the first ofthem podcasts I've tried & I loved it , I managed it , kept to the beats (,in a fashion ) I did good ! Really pleased .

Well done You are braver than me I am plodder so bit scared of it but maybe give it a go next week .i did Stamina yesterday and it was a big of a shock as I had to go faster to keep on beat and every so often had to do a wee shuffle Wouldn't say I loved it but would do it again Def put me out my comfort zone but guessing that's what we need now - just a wee push

Well done! I have tried both Speed and Stamina and much prefer Speed. I think that's because when you are feeling it tough you know you will soon get a break. Well done for sticking at it and not bunking off!

Tried the stamina last night- well half of it - mp3 player gave up before I did. Will try again & will try speed one too. Still have real difficulty with keeping to the beat. Practice makes perfect- I hope anyway. It's been good to hear what others think.
