So after graduating, I have done 2 parkruns, the first a very slow and hilly 43 mins, the second a flat 35 mins, 8 mins faster...woohoo! Plus have done some more 5k's on my own....finally feel ready to step it up a bit and tried the speed podcast yesterday...really loved it! It was so hard and had to literally stop to breathe after the first few fast runs but got slightly easier as it progressed...still had to walk instead of jog in some of the slower intervals but I really felt a high during the faster intervals.....want to do it again soon (on a cooler day!)
So to all recent graduates, I really recommend trying this...I haven't done the stamina one yet, any feedback on this?
