I've done it - I've started!

An hour and 10 minutes ago I completed Week 1 Run 2! I didn't post after my first run cos I'm shy (!) and didn't manage all the 60 second runs -- I think I was going too fast -- but I'm tickled pink to have completed the full run today. I feel a bit like a two-legged hippo when I'm jogging, but that doesn't matter because I've made a start and I'm enjoying the energy I have after the run and I'm visualizing myself being slimmer and fitter and enjoying running for the sake of running ๐Ÿ˜‹.

Great for getting started. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days.

Always repeat any run you don't fully complete.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work, you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here. Good luck๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Fabulous to get started. Thatโ€™s the hard bit done. Go slow, if you tire, you can go slower. Sometimes Iโ€™m surprised Iโ€™m not going backwards as I slow it down just a bit more and slower yet again! Enjoy your runs.

Wow youโ€™re on your way, thatโ€™s the biggest step I think. I only started last week but have somehow got wk2 r1 under my belt so keep going, the plan really works.

Ps-I love your biog! I donโ€™t want to be a fat old lady either so yay to that ๐Ÿ˜Š
