Well, that's it, W9R3 completed this morning and I've graduated. I can't believe that just 10 weeks ago (I repeated week 5) I was struggling never thought I'd run 30 minutes at a time. Although I used to run in the past, life events and a 4 stone weight gain had my fitness well and truly out the window. And now, I'm back, having shed 2 and a half stone and still losing weight, I'm enjoying my running more than ever and can't wait to get back out there next week and carry on.
If you're at a point in the programme where you think you'll never run for 30 minutes, trust me, you will...and it'll feel great!

I'll try and get a bit faster & go a bit further but nothing specific in mind. I'm happy to just get out for a run to be honest as its something I've never been able to do before! I challenge myself at Parkrun though, always got to run a bit further before a walk break!
