Brilllliiiaaanntt!!

Fantastic, well done, it is a great feeling to have completed the programme. Here's to some great running🙌🙌🙌.

Great news nutorun. Hope you can keep the momentum going. What will you do now, just put tunes in your ipod and run freestyle, or keep listening to Laura every now and again? Or build up to a 5k/10k event perhaps?

I have signed up to ParkRun :-) but not going to start until March.. going to work on my speed in the gym and go from there. Im also tempted to join my local running club, but am a bit scared/nervous.

Ha ha - I will be just the same. Every step feels like a massive commitment! Join the running club, you can always leave if you don't like it. Working on speed sounds good. Also March is not too far away for the ParkRun. Lots of luck!
