I'm in the final week with one 'lap' done and just two to go woohoo!

A good run, and it was a really nice day at first, only clouded over when I was out but the rain held off :-)

I still can't believe I've managed to be religious about this and keep plugging away every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.I'm going to miss Laura next week.

At 28 minutes (week 8 distance) I'd made sure I'd enough in the tank to keep going but my legs started talking to me .... they were saying "Hey you, it's time to stop now, we only do 28 minutes, we're fed up" I almost thought they were going to say "Are we nearly there!" haha.

I can totally relate as I only graduated yesterday 😀 those extra 2 minutes seemed to last forever! There are 3 additional podcasts you can use post C25K which feature Laura and can help you to consolidate, I’m going to try those because I like the structure of being told what to do and how long I have left to go. 👍

I totally get that Rigpig, it's really nice to have that virtual run buddy with you egging you on as you run. I'll seen them but I'll have to check them out.

Great running Brian-P6. Just two to go of c25k and you're doing great. I think it helps to have a structured plan and sticking to the same 3 days per week can really help, I did Mon, Wed and Friday and still do . Good luck and well done😊

I think so too, I'm going to stick to my three days as much as I can.
