Well after 6 weeks off due to quad strain I tentatively got back out there! I forgot about the fact that my last run was week 8 and started week 1.
It was just brilliant to be running again, even though I was really cautious at first and felt like I was limping a tiny bit. By the 4th 1 minuter I was back!! So happy and relaxed right back into it again. My leg is a bit stiff but when I think about how I could only get around by hobbling and couldn't even navigate steps, it all feels right again.
So here we go again,only 8 and a bit weeks to go and one run down!!!
Finally,I was very surprised that I hadn't lost my fitness and wasn't out of breath.

Baby steps Susie, its nice to see you back, we want to keep you here so take it steady, don't go too far, too fast, too soon. All the very best hope your injury is a thing of the past.
