Better than what or who? You are doing great, trust the program, it works and you will be running for 30 minutes before you even realise. At times you may think that there are jumps in the time you are running, if you managed the runs prior to these you WILL manage them too. Here's a hint, one of them is in there to show you what you can actually do, it's a psychological one but if you have completed all the other runs before it then you will finish it.
Remember, breathe and enjoy the running.
Better then before and not better then anyone. This is my first time ever to try running program. I don't really like running since I've have a damage knee but I wanted to try so my friend recommended me to do some research and I came across this program and so far two weeks in and I'm doing ok tho yes pretty exhausted towards the end of the session lol
The beat hung part I still can't control it well and I noticed I get out of breath easily and surely has to do with breathing and yet I still haven't mange it.
Hopefully things will get easier.
